The best way to learn the sport is to see the top players in action and I am sure the live telecast will encourage the youngsters not just to pick up the game but also make billiards their career option,” said Advani on the first day of the Championship. Apart from the defending champion Advani, Sourav Kothari, winner of the National Billiards Championship 2016, Dhruv Sitwala, 2015 & 2016 Asian billiards champion, Rupesh Shah, two-time world champion, Peter Gilchrist, winner of the WPBSA World Championship in 1994, 2001 & 2013, Ben Judge of Australia, Englishmen Nalin Patel and Robert Hall are some of the participants who are vying for the title. Jawa, Jawa Forty Two official mileage figure announced

In a tweet, Jawa Motorcycles has said that the ARAI certified fuel efficiency of both the motorcycles is 37.5 kmpl.Both Jawa and Jawa Forty Two get the same 293 cc, liquid cooled, single cylinder, DOHC engine. It churns out 27 bhp and 28 Nm of torque. The motor complies with BS-VI norms. The two models have been designed and developed from scratch keeping in mind the distinctive character, unique sound, styling and riding experience. Jawa and Jawa Forty Two are tuned as retro and modern classics, respectively. JawaThe single-channel ABS (Antilock Braking System) variants of Jawa and Jawa Forty Two are priced at 1.64 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and Rs 1.55 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively. The dual-channel ABS variant of Jawa costs Rs 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom), while that of Jawa Forty Two is available at Rs 1.64 lakh (ex-showroom).Last month, the deliveries of Jawa and Jawa Forty Two commenced. Mahindra & Mahindra’s subsidiary Classic Legends reintroduced Jawa Motorcycles in India on November 15, 2018, with three new models — Jawa, Jawa Forty Two and Jawa Perak. The online bookings for Jawa and Jawa Forty Two had started on the same day and closed on the midnight of December 25, 2018.With regard to Jawa Perak, which is priced at Rs 1.89 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), it was announced that the bookings will open at a subsequent date. Jawa Perak is powered by a 334 cc, liquid cooled, single cylinder, DOHC engine. The powertrain develops 30 bhp and 31 Nm of torque.Classic Legends’ co-founder Anupam Thareja had earlier said that the deliveries for Jawa and Jawa Forty Two across the country will start from the fourth week of March as per the booking queue.
